Restrictions
Certain restrictions are imposed on some challenging activities. These may be due to weather / season constraints, physical limitations or other safety factors.

Prices

Show prices are correct at the time of printing. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice as suppliers or market forces may demand.

Activity - length of session

Check that you book the session and time you think appropriate for you. Some activities will be shared 'sessions' where 'taking turns' may be appropriate.

How do we get there?

Maps and locations are provided to help you get to your activity without delay. Remember, our 'special treat' - chauffeured drive or limousine service.

Cancellation

When a specific activity date has been booked there may be cancellation charges to alter your activity date. Contact us immediately should cancellation be necessary to help reduce any charges.

Insurance

Personal Accident Insurance is provided for your peace of mind and is mandatory for all activities. The policy, arranged through B.A.H.I.S, provides cover in the event of death, loss of an eye or limb or suffering total permanent disablement as a result of your experience at one of our activities.
£25,000 cover costs £12.50.

Alternative higher benefits are available on request.

Note: additional supplement of £5 will apply for the following activities:
Parachuting, Paragliding and activities of two days duration.

We must have the name of the participant for the insurance top be in force, although you do nit need the policy in your possession. Insurance is non-refundable.

All bookings / orders are subject to our 'terms and conditions of business' - a copy of which is available on request.

Exchange your activity

No problem, no quibble exchange.

If for any reason it is necessary to change the chosen activity a FREE exchange service is available, providing a specific date has not already been arranged.

Delivery

Your personalised pack is normally dispatched within 48 hours of your order / payment.

Remember - 'Just The Challenge' - gift vouchers can be forwarded direct to the recipient for that special day (birthday, anniversary, retirement). If you wish your voucher to be signed for on arrival we recommend you use the 'recorded delivery' option. (shown on booking form).
